Tecton submits the lowest bid of $51.4 million for Al Dur Water Transmission Project

Electricity & Water Authority, Bahrain revealed the bid results for the project, Water Transmission Project associated with Al Dur IWPP Phase II.

A total of 3 bidders has submitted the proposals. UAE based construction company, Tecton Engineering & Construction LLC has submitted the lowest bid price BHD 19,324,877.880.

The works under this contract relate to water storage and transmission facilities at AlDur Forwarding Station(FS).

The works include description:

  • engineering design
  • construction
  • testing and commissioning of proposed water storage and transmission network.

The works also comprise Constrictions of two new ground storage tanks of 20 MIG capacity each. new pumping station facility of approx 35 MIGD capacity as an extension to existing station, all associated ancillary Civil, MEICA, Control and SCADA.
