Sabya Residences Project – Jizan

Saudi Arabia Ministry of Housing’s ‘Sakani’ program has compiled seven new housing plans within its electronic portal and smartphone applications, according to the state-run Saudi Press Agency.
Seven plans, which can be electronically elected, comprise 2,337 plots of land distributed over six zones.
The plots of land comprise 722 repay in the Sabya Governorate of the Jazan region; 240 residential plots in the Al-Aflaj Governorate; and 385 pieces of plot in the Al-Olaya Village in the eastern zone; among others.
Distribution of the plot falls inside the housing options and financing solutions that the Sakani program proposal to its beneficiaries in all zones of the kingdom.
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing targets to increase residential ownership among its citizens to 70% by 2030. More than 57 housing projects at several stages of construction are being developed in several regions of the kingdom.
The program supply Saudi nationals with access to residential lands, self-construction residential housing, prefabricated housing units, and under-construction housing units, among other choices.
The digital stage provides details of the location, features, and prices of the residential units available for an instant and electronic reservation.
The program also offering Saudi citizens who own land the possibility of receiving a 100% profit-backed real estate loan to construct their own homes. It enables Saudi citizens to get building permission within six months, start making within a year, and complete construction of their homes within three years.
In 2019, the Sakani program delivered around 90,000 pieces of plot in various zones of the kingdom. The program also aims to deliver more than 90,000 units of the residential plot during 2020, as well.
