Oman have invited bids for the construction of Cement Plant and Power Plant

Oman Cement Company has called two separated bids for the construction of the Cement Plant and Power Plant.

The project place will be in the exclusive economic region at Duqm in Oman’s Wusta Governorate.

The Cement plant efficiency will be 5,000 tons per day whereas the power plant will have the efficiency of 30 megawatts, will be operate using coal.

The successful contractor will construct the project on an EPC basis.

Oman Cement Company notified that interested bidders can buy the bid documents through the payment of Omani Riyals 500 for each of the proposals.

Bidders need to submit a bid contract along with their documents. The validity of the bid contract should be 90 days from the date of bid submission.

The current bid submission date is 14 July 2020.
