Oman has increased bid submission date for hybrid solar-diesel IPP project

Oman has expanded the bid submission date delay for its hybrid solar-diesel IPP project to the first week of October 2020, according to a source of this project.

The tender for the contract to develop a hybrid solar-diesel IPP project was issued on 16 March 2020 with a bids submission deadline of 27 July, which was held out to August 17 and later on to the first week of October,” the project completion is scheduled for fourth quarter 2023.

The project promotes by Tanweer associate the development of hybrid solar-diesel power plants at many sites across Oman.
