hyundai electric wins heavy transformer deals in saudi arabia

South Korea’s Hyundai Electric and Energy Systems Co. a subsidiary of Hyundai Heavy Industries Company, issued a statement that it has secured two material supply orders from Saudi Arabia.

The material provided is related to power transformers and Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS).

The value of the total order is South Korean Won (KRW) 35 billion.

As per the statement, the orders were received from the Saudi Electricity Company and Saudi Aramco.

The order value from Saudi Electricity Company is USD $18.8 million while the left orders were issued from Saudi Aramco.
