Bahrain have awarded $202 million Askar Quarry Contract

Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning (Works), Bahrain in association with National Quarry assigned project related to Askar Quarry.

The project has been assigned to Bahrain founded construction Company, Nass Asphalt signed agreement is BHD 76,000,000.

Earlier, during 2015, Ministry invited the bids for the project from eligible companies. The scope of work of the project includes Blasting, Operation & Administration of the Askar Quarry. The main segment of activity that National Quarries is in crushing rocks, which change in the production of Aggregates, Crushed Stones, Rock, Road Base, and sub-base The purpose of National Quarry is to supply the Construction Sector at the lowest eventual economic price to facilitate the major development projects either in progress or intended for the startup.
