The Jordanian Land of the Moon for Investment and Real Estate Development signed a commitment agreement with the American Development and Finance Corporation (DFC) to finance the Bab al-Madina project.
The projects value of $41 million, according to the company’s statement published on the official Jordanian news agency (Petra) website.

The Bab Al Madina project is located in the city of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, in the Zarqa District, near the capital, Amman, with an area of ​​30,000 square meters.

The total cost of the project is $73 million, funded by the company, in addition to a loan from the American Foundation.

The project includes a large consumer market, banks, stores, restaurants, places for games, cinemas and other facilities.

The project will provide about 2,000 permanent jobs and 1,500 job opportunities during the construction phase, with the project to be completed by the end of this year.
