Azizi Developments assign Daikin in $10million HVAC contract

The contract includes HVAC systems for more than 35 of Azizi’s buildings in Riviera, Dubai’s new waterfront-lifestyle landmark in MBR City, for Creek Views, Azizi’s 634-unit modern luxury development in Dubai Healthcare City, as well as for Berton, the developer’s residential development in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor, Al Furjan.

“Having carefully studied all options, Daikin has emerged as the clear winner and best-in-class Japanese manufacturer, considering its high-tech fan coil units, air handling units, and chiller systems, which all exceed international standards in terms of both build quality and energy efficiency.

The supplied HVAC system includes 72 of Daikin’s air-cooled chillers, over 10,000 fan coil units, and 62 fresh air handling units.
