Al-Murjan Group confirm $106m MEP contract with Khaled Al-Juffali Holding Co

The $106million contract was signed by the CEO of Al-Murjan Investment and Real Estate Development, Eng Taufiq M. Bahamdein, and Muhammad Nizar Sanadiqi, CEO of Khaled Al-Juffali Holding Company.

The first phase of the eight-story facility will cover 80,000 sq. meters, with the second phase a mirror image of the first. Once complete, the project will provide a launch point for an integrated medical city between King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Street.

different news platforms have reported that Bahamdein expressed his happiness at signing the contract with Khaled Al-Juffali Holding Company as a strategic partner, noting that the hospital will provide healthcare services of the highest quality in the Kingdom.

Sanadiqi too noted that electromechanical and plumbing works will be completed to a “high quality”.
